This policy explains what information is collected when you visit comptoclose.com (the “site”), which is operated by Comp to Close (“we,” “us”). The site is a simple informational website. It has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no comment sections.

Information we collect

We don’t ask you for personal information on this site. There are no forms to fill out. We don’t set our own cookies.

Hosting and security. The site is served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics. We don’t currently run analytics. We may add Cloudflare Web Analytics in the future. It is designed to be privacy-first: it doesn’t use cookies or local storage and doesn’t track you across sites. It reports aggregate figures such as page views and referring sites. If we add it, we’ll update this policy.

Fonts and assets. Fonts and images are hosted on this site, so loading a page doesn’t send requests to third-party font services.

Affiliate links and third-party cookies

Some links on the site are, or may become, affiliate links to partners such as Amazon, or to companies in networks such as CJ and PartnerStack. When you click an affiliate link, you leave our site, and the partner or network may set cookies or use similar technology on their own site to record that you arrived from Comp to Close. That’s how a commission is credited.

Those cookies are set and controlled by the third party, not by us, and are governed by their privacy policies. Partners may tell us which products were purchased and the commission earned, but they don’t give us your name, contact details, or payment information.

Links to social platforms and other sites

The site links to Comp to Close on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, Rumble, and Pinterest, and to other outside sites. When you follow those links, that platform’s privacy policy applies. We don’t embed social media widgets or trackers on this site.

If you email us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to read and reply to you, and we don’t sell it or add you to a mailing list. We keep correspondence only as long as it’s useful for that conversation or for our records.

Selling or sharing personal information

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, including cookies set by affiliate partners. You can also ask us what email correspondence we have from you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us.

Children

The site is meant for real estate professionals and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, for example if we add analytics, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
