About

Real estate media for the people who work the deal.

Comp to Close is real estate media for agents, brokers, and industry professionals across the U.S.

Who it’s for

Our audience is the industry: listing agents, buyer’s agents, brokers, team leads, and the photographers, marketers, lenders, and title and escrow staff who work alongside them. We don’t write for home buyers or sellers, so we skip the basics and get to the parts that matter to your business.

What we cover

  • Listing photography and marketing: practical tips you can put to work on your next listing.
  • Housing market trends: what’s shifting and what it means for agents.
  • Market stats: data-backed breakdowns, always with the source cited.
  • Standout listings and agent marketing: creative campaigns worth a closer look.

Why “Comp to Close”

Every deal starts with comps and ends at the closing table. The name stands for everything in between, and so does the content: pricing, presentation, marketing, and the numbers behind them.

How we make our content

The same rules apply to every video, post, and page.

  • Every stat is checked. Each figure is checked against its original source (NAR, Freddie Mac, Realtor.com, Redfin, local Realtor associations) and cited in the video and caption. If we can’t source a figure, we don’t use it.
  • Real homes, real photos. Our visuals are real listing photos of real homes: no AI-generated images, AI virtual staging, or AI sky replacement. If we ever use an edited photo, we’ll say so.
  • A real voice. Our narration is a real human voice, not an AI voice.
  • Tools help, people decide. We use software tools to help research, write, and edit. A real person reviews and approves every video before it’s published.
  • Creators get credit. Featured creators are credited on screen and in the caption, with a tag and a link back to the original. We use short clips with our own commentary, and we honor removal requests. Email or contact us.
